the location was picturesque, with beautiful views of the lake and just a short walk from the beach. the caravan itself was perfect for my family of four, offering plenty of space and it was clean and tidy when we arrived. Accessing the caravan was also hassle-free. the staff were extremely helpful, especially the man I spoke to on the phone. We enjoyed the convenience of local amenities, such as takeaways, pubs, shops, a supermarket, and a petrol station. it was a great place to stay, especially if you prefer not to travel far. CONS: No issues at all! 😊.

My recent stay at Port Haverigg Holiday Village was fantastic! The location was ideal for exploring, with beautiful beaches and shops nearby. The caravan I stayed in was spotlessly clean and the spacious interior made for a comfortable stay. The staff and fellow residents were extremely friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. I had a great time and would definitely consider staying at this park again.
While there were a few minor downsides, such as the lack of information pack and outdated kitchen equipment, these did not significantly impact my overall enjoyment of the stay. With some attention to detail and improvements, this place has the potential to be even better.

The location was perfect, just seconds from the lake and a 2-minute walk from the beach. It was also convenient to have local amenities like takeaways, pubs, shops, a supermarket, and a petrol station within a 5-minute drive. The proximity to Windermere, only a 50-minute drive away, was a bonus. The helpfulness of the staff, especially the man on the phone, was also greatly appreciated.
Our excitement for the holiday was dampened when we received a last-minute phone call from the owner, resulting in a shorter stay. This caused a lot of stress and upset as we had little time to make alternative arrangements.

Lovely location with peaceful lake views and beautiful sunsets. The fresh water lake was teeming with wildlife, and we even caught a trout! The accommodation was spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and fresh linen. We enjoyed the on-site pub for meals, and there were nature walks and amazing beaches nearby. The views of the Western valleys and fells in the Lake District were fantastic. it was a great weekend getaway.
The cooker hood and some areas in the caravan were dusty and grimy. There were no proper Hoover attachments to clean the large floor surface.

The location was absolutely amazing, just a few steps away from a beautiful lake with a scenic walk around it. the peacefulness of the area made our stay very relaxing. the caravan was very spacious and kept incredibly clean. We had everything we needed for cooking, which was great.
The customer service was quite poor. When we checked in, the lady at reception was very rude and provided no information about the park or the facilities.

The location was perfect, right on the edge of the lake, and we enjoyed the peaceful surroundings and beautiful views. The holiday village itself was well-maintained and the bar was a great place to relax and unwind. The ground staff were extremely helpful when we ran out of gas, and we appreciated their quick response. The supermarket nearby was also convenient for any essentials we needed. our stay was enjoyable and relaxing.
Although our stay at Port Haverigg Holiday Village was mostly positive, there were a couple of small drawbacks. The lounge carpet in our caravan was not very clean and had some stains, which made it look a bit tired.
